ABOUT WALTER MARTINO
Originally from Genova, Italy, chef Walter Martino began his culinary career at the early age of 14. He traveled the world throughout his adolescent years, pursuing his culinary passion while searching for the perfect place to plant his feet. Upon arriving in Ibiza, Spain, he immediately felt connected to the energy, and ironically settled down where his career would take off. His passion and culinary talent led him to work with top brands, cater to elite events, and celebrities such as Hotel Park Hyatt, Dolce & Gabbana Gold Restaurant, and Shakira, Jennifer Hudson, and Drake.
Known as the “Million Dollar Chef” throughout Europe for his luxurious and artistic way of curating authentic fusions, chef Walter Martino expanded his brand to Miami, Fl in 2015, after experiencing the same energy he felt in Ibiza, Spain. His global career and fame continue to grow, but he is more locally known for his exquisite restaurant, Kaori, located at SLS Lux in Brickell, Miami, Fl.
